Performance

I plant the production of 13X zeolite, X-type crystal structure of the sodium-type the molecular adsorption critical diameter 10A, chemical formula for Naa86 [(CAIO2) 86 (SiO2), 106 XH2O.

Use

For general gas drying and net system in industrial air separation unit raw material purification (simultaneous removal of H2O and CO2), as well as liquid hydrocarbons and natural gas desulfurization (removal of H2S and mercaptans), or as a catalystcarrier. Where adsorbed on 3A, 4A, 5A zeolite molecule can be 13X adsorbed.

Regeneration conditions

I plant the production of 3A, 4A, 5A, 13X molecular sieve available heating and purge or evacuated, renewable reuse.

3. the removal of gaseous material removal method available vacuum regeneration.
